At Olive Mae, every piece is designed with care, we hope you truly love what you’ve chosen. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out.
🌼 Return Process (Australia only):
We accept returns for a refund (to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs) on full-priced items, within 10 days of receiving your order.
We know life is full (especially if you’ve got little ones running around), so we’ve made the process simple. Just send us a message on Instagram or email us at hello@olivemae.com.au and we’ll take care of the rest.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Free from any stains (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.)
- Returned in original packaging, with tags attached
🚫 Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
✨ Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong size, just get in touch via Instagram or email.
To ensure you don’t miss out, we’ll ask you to place a new order for your correct size, and we’ll then guide you through returning the original.

All international sales are final. We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on overseas orders at this time.
